Paragon Overseas Education Sargodha Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and student-focused English Language Instructor to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and Duolingo preparation courses, helping students develop their skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English language classes and test preparation sessions both in person and online.
- Prepare students comprehensively for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and Duolingo exams, covering all four language skills.
- Plan lessons effectively, conduct mock tests, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, class progress, and student results, and communicate updates to the academic coordinator.
- Assist with student enrolment by conducting demo classes and interacting with prospective students when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in English, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Basic understanding of IELTS and PTE test formats; training will be provided if necessary.
- Good communication skills, patience, and a professional demeanor.
- Comfortable using computers, online teaching platforms, and computer-based test systems, particularly for PTE.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, though fresh graduates with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply.
