AusPak Gujranwala is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS/PTE Trainer to join our team on a full-time, office-based position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their target band scores by delivering high-quality instruction and tailored support. This role requires a strong understanding of IELTS and PTE exam formats, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet diverse learner needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive IELTS and/or PTE training sessions to students, focusing on all exam components.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and study materials aligned with exam requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help improve performance.
- Employ classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest exam formats, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies.
- Motivate and support students to achieve high band scores through personalized coaching.
- Maintain professional conduct and commitment to student success at all times.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of teaching experience specifically in IELTS and/or PTE preparation.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats, strategies, and scoring systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Proven track record of helping students attain high band scores.
- Ability to design and adapt lesson plans and study materials to suit different learning styles.
- Professional attitude with a strong commitment to student achievement.
