GEO PTE Academy, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and skilled IELTS/PTE Trainer to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students enhance their English language abilities and effectively prepare for their IELTS and PTE examinations. This role involves delivering comprehensive training across all exam modules while fostering a supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their target scores.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS and PTE preparation classes covering speaking, writing, reading, and listening modules.
- Organize and administer mock tests and practice sessions to simulate exam conditions.
- Provide guidance on exam strategies, time management, and scoring criteria to optimize student performance.
- Assess student progress regularly and offer constructive feedback to address areas of improvement.
- Assist students in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall fluency.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and tailor support to help them meet their goals.
- Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and engaging classroom activities to enhance learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English with strong communication and teaching skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS and/or PTE exam formats and requirements.
- Effective presentation and classroom management abilities.
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts and inspire student motivation.
- Previous experience teaching IELTS or PTE is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong personal IELTS or PTE score is considered an advantage.
- Fresh candidates with excellent English proficiency and relevant exam knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
GEO PTE Academy offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs40,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
