Key Responsibilities
The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive IELTS preparation classes on a full-time, on-site basis in Multan. This includes teaching all four components of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, using clear and engaging instructional methods. The trainer will design detailed lesson plans, develop practice materials, and create mock tests tailored to learners’ needs. Assessing student performance regularly and providing constructive feedback to improve scores is essential. The role also involves coaching learners on exam strategies, time management, and language skills enhancement. Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and attendance is required. Additionally, the trainer will collaborate closely with the counseling team to ensure language training aligns with each learner’s study abroad goals. Participation in workshops and information sessions to support the broader mission of the organization will also be expected.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong instructional skills in English teaching, particularly in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Practical expertise in IELTS preparation and general teaching methodologies is essential. Proficiency in lesson planning, including the ability to design structured curricula and assessment tools, is required. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners from diverse backgrounds. Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills, combined with a learner-centered teaching approach, are critical for success. A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is required. Relevant teaching certifications such as TEFL or TESOL are considered advantageous. Experience in IELTS training or exam preparation coaching is expected, with familiarity of current IELTS formats and scoring criteria preferred.
