IELTS/PTE Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IELTS/PTE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English language skills and a thorough understanding of IELTS and PTE Academic test formats. This role involves helping students achieve their target scores to support their goals in international education, immigration, and career advancement. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, provide personalized guidance, assess student performance, and develop strategies to enhance listening, reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IELTS Academic and General Training preparation classes as required.
- Teach PTE Academic preparation, covering all speaking, writing, reading, and listening components.
- Explain test formats, scoring criteria, question types, and effective time-management strategies.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, mock tests, and assignments tailored to student needs.
- Evaluate student performance and offer constructive feedback to foster improvement.
- Identify individual learning gaps and create targeted improvement plans.
- Assist students in enhancing grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, coherence, and written communication skills.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor progress toward achieving target scores.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, progress reports, and ensure classroom discipline.
- Stay updated on official IELTS and PTE test formats and preparation resources.
- Provide professional guidance and maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English.
- Good understanding of IELTS and PTE Academic test formats and scoring criteria.
- Ability to effectively teach all four English language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and a strong commitment to student success.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience teaching IELTS and/or PTE preparation courses.
- Proven track record of preparing students for official IELTS or PTE examinations with successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with mock-testing platforms and digital learning tools.
- Experience teaching students across various English proficiency levels.
- Fresh candidates demonstrating excellent English proficiency and strong teaching potential will also be considered.

Compensation and Work Location

The monthly salary ranges from Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
