Immediate Hiring – International Business Development Executive

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated International Business Development Executive to join its USA-based custom printing and packaging campaign. This full-time, onsite position is located in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on engaging with international customers, primarily from the USA, to develop sales opportunities and convert inquiries into successful business deals. The ideal candidate will work within a professional in-house international sales environment, handling inbound customer inquiries, understanding their packaging needs, coordinating quotations, and ensuring timely follow-ups to achieve sales targets. The salary range for this position is PKR 55,000 to 100,000, along with an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from USA-based customers and respond promptly.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions, including custom boxes, printed packaging, retail packaging, and shipping boxes.
- Understand detailed product specifications such as dimensions, materials, quantities, and finishing options.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations and pricing discussions with customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested customers to finalize sales.
- Perform outbound follow-ups and engage in final discussions when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams throughout the sales process to ensure smooth order execution.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities, with a confident and results-driven approach.
- Experience in international sales, business development, B2B sales, or customer handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with USA-based customers.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
