Immediate Hiring – International Sales Executive

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated International Sales Executives to join our USA-based printing and packaging campaign. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong English communication skills to develop a career in international sales by working directly with customers from the USA in an in-house sales environment. The position is based onsite in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours aligned to the USA business day, from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to 100,000, along with an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and sales inquiries from USA-based customers who have expressed interest in our products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate packaging solutions, including custom boxes, printed packaging, retail packaging, and shipping boxes.
- Explain product specifications, quantities, pricing, printing, and finishing options clearly to customers.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and other communication channels to advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in international sales, B2B sales, or customer sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work during USA business hours (night shifts).
- A confident, motivated, and customer-focused personality.
