Immediate Hiring – Senior Packaging Sales Supervisor

MUGSHEI Pvt. Ltd., a growing custom printing and packaging company serving international B2B clients primarily in the USA market, is seeking an experienced Senior Packaging Sales Supervisor. This full-time, on-site role is based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in printing or packaging sales and will be responsible for driving both individual sales growth and overall team performance. This leadership position involves supervising sales representatives, supporting customer negotiations, managing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor individual and team performance using KPIs such as leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, orders, and revenue.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, negotiation, communication, and closing strategies.
- Train employees on packaging products, materials, specifications, and applications.
- Assist sales representatives in understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate packaging solutions.
- Support the team with quotations, pricing, negotiations, objection handling, and order closing.
- Review customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries, leads, and quotations.
- Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
- Handle complex, high-value customer inquiries as needed.
- Work towards improving conversion rates, average order value, productivity, and revenue.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Production, and other departments to ensure accurate communication of customer specifications, quantities, materials, pricing, and order details.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.
- Maintain team discipline, attendance, punctuality, and professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes within the sales team.
- Actively participate in sales and deal closures when required.
- Lead by example to foster a productive and motivated sales environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in custom printing or packaging sales.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role such as Sales Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Sales Representative is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of packaging products, printing processes, materials, specifications, and pricing.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably dealing with USA or international customers.
- Solid understanding of quotations, costing, pricing, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coach and develop sales representatives effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, competitive, and performance-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with USA business hours.
