We are looking for a confident communicator who can turn qualified customer inquiries into confirmed orders through effective consultation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Job Details

Salary: PKR 55,000–100,000 + Attractive Commission
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Shift: 7:30 PM–4:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview As a Sales Closer, you will manage qualified sales inquiries from interested customers across the USA, understand their business needs, recommend appropriate packaging solutions, and guide them toward completing their purchases. You will take ownership of the sales process, from initial consultation and quotation discussions to negotiation, follow-up, and final order confirmation. Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified customer inquiries into confirmed orders and revenue.
Manage sales opportunities throughout the complete closing process.
Communicate professionally with USA-based business customers.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, specifications, and purchasing timelines.
Recommend customized packaging and printing solutions based on client needs.
Explain product specifications, including sizes, materials, quantities, printing techniques, and finishing options.
Prepare and communicate quotations in coordination with relevant departments.
Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Address customer concerns and overcome objections effectively.
Identify purchase intent and apply appropriate sales closing techniques.
Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities toward conversion.
Reconnect with customers who require additional information before making a decision.
Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams for accurate quotations and order execution.
Maintain updated customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline information in the CRM.
Meet monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase order value.
Maintain professional client relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Previous experience in international sales, B2B sales, sales closing, or business development is preferred.
Knowledge of custom packaging, printing, or related industries is an advantage.
Ability to handle objections and guide customers toward purchasing decisions.
Understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and conversion techniques.
A target-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue generation.
Confidence in dealing with international clients and complex order requirements.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups effectively.

Fresh graduates with excellent English, confidence, and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply. Campaign Information This is a primarily inbound sales campaign, with approximately 90% inbound inquiries and 10% outbound follow-ups and final discussions. Customers have generally expressed interest in the products, allowing you to focus on consultation, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
