HOF Global is looking for experienced and motivated Immigration Advisors to join our growing team. This client-facing role requires guiding potential clients through various immigration options and converting warm leads into successful cases. The ideal candidate will engage with clients to understand their unique needs, provide accurate and tailored immigration advice, and recommend the most suitable pathways. Building strong client relationships while consistently meeting sales targets is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert warm leads into successful clients through effective consultative selling.
- Conduct calls and meetings to assess client requirements and provide personalized immigration guidance.
- Recommend appropriate immigration pathways based on individual client profiles and goals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and strengthen client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately document and update all client interactions within CRM systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in immigration consultancy, sales, or a related client advisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence clients.
- Ability to manage consultative sales processes and professionally handle client objections.
- Strong target-driven mindset with a focus on converting leads into clients.
