We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and counseling skills, along with proven experience in immigration sales and client management. This role requires a professional who can effectively guide clients through various immigration programs, ensuring their needs and eligibility are thoroughly assessed and met.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on suitable immigration programs based on their profiles, requirements, and eligibility criteria.
- Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about immigration procedures and available programs.
- Manage client inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in consultations.
- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ immigration goals and offer tailored advice.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into successful cases, maintaining consistent communication throughout the process.
- Prepare and maintain detailed client records and follow-up documentation.
- Coordinate closely with internal processing teams to ensure smooth case handling and timely updates.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, programs, and procedures to provide accurate guidance.
Candidates should have knowledge or experience in counseling and sales for immigration programs such as EB-2 NIW, Australia Skilled & Unskilled Programs, Non-Immigrant Visas (NIV), Canadian Immigration Programs, and other relevant pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of immigration counseling and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment.
- Proficient in English with the ability to conduct consultations confidently and professionally.
- Competent in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 100,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
