This role involves supporting legal processes related to visas, residency, and citizenship, ensuring smooth transitions for individuals and families navigating international moves.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage visa, residency, and citizenship applications across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, including translating supporting documents to facilitate clear understanding and timely processing.
- Track important deadlines, filings, and case progress to maintain organized and efficient case management.
- Provide support to attorneys on both corporate mobility and family-based immigration matters, contributing to comprehensive client service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law or a related legal field, demonstrating familiarity with immigration procedures and documentation.
- Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication and document translation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential files responsibly and maintain client trust.
