The Implementation Consultant, Mid Market, plays a critical role in establishing strong customer relationships and delivering value during the initial phase of the customer journey. This role focuses on onboarding new customers by implementing Motive’s technology, driving early product adoption, and educating clients on the benefits of our platform and AI capabilities. Success in this position requires a customer-centric approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for new mid-market customers throughout the implementation phase, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Guide customers through hardware and software setup, system training, and initial product use to ensure timely activation and success.
- Monitor customer progress and engagement to drive adoption and resolve any challenges promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including support, engineering, sales, product management, and financial products to address complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage a high volume of phone and email communications with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Foster customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service and support during the critical early stages of the customer lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing role such as sales or support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to use data insights to inform customer engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and how they align with Motive’s goals.
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Experience in documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and engage key stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating presentations, project plans, SaaS/Fintech implementation strategies, and tracking progress.
- Solid business acumen including project management, account management, business planning, and analytical capabilities.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience with fintech and spend management technologies is a plus.
