We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time role focused on import/export operations and sales order management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in international trade, supplier coordination, and logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, banks, clearing agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and sales orders using the Oracle system.
- Issue and manage order confirmations efficiently.
- Coordinate with international suppliers to obtain updates on orders and production status.
- Monitor production timelines closely to ensure shipments are dispatched on schedule.
- Handle all import-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Liaise with banks for payment processing and import documentation requirements.
- Assist in tracking shipments and managing the clearing process with customs agents.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including stock handling and organization.
- Supervise and coordinate office support staff such as office assistants and helpers.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and sales documents.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in BBA, BCom, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer use.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop skills in import/export operations.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within a 2-mile radius of Empress Road.
