We are currently seeking a motivated Inbound Agent to join our team in Wapda Town, Lahore. This role involves handling inbound calls with a focus on sales and customer engagement during the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, confident, and possess strong communication skills to effectively convert inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Promote products or services persuasively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude throughout all interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals as set by the management.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant records accurately.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 months of experience in sales or telesales roles.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills to engage customers effectively.
- Strong target orientation with the confidence to meet sales objectives.
