Inbound Calling Agent

ABS International is seeking motivated individuals, particularly those who have recently completed their O/A Levels and are taking a gap year, to join as Inbound Calling Agents. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions or concerns.
- Listen attentively to customer issues and provide clear, helpful solutions.
- Guide customers patiently and professionally through their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Represent ABS International with a positive and professional demeanor on every call.

Required Qualifications
- Recent O/A Level completers on a gap year or individuals early in their careers.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional communication style.
- Willingness to learn and adapt; no prior experience required.
- Ability to work full-time on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Location: ABS International office in Johar Block 14, Karachi.
- Shift options available: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, based on your preference.
- Work schedule: 6 days per week (Monday through Saturday).
- Breaks include a 30-minute rest period plus a separate Namaz break.
- Competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month.
- Additional attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 per month.
- Performance-based incentives that can increase total monthly earnings to between PKR 60,000 and 70,000.
