Inbound Sales Agent

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role involves working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Successful candidates will engage with international customers in English, providing clear explanations of products and services, handling objections, following up on leads, and closing sales. The position welcomes both experienced professionals from international call centers, telesales, telemarketing, or sales backgrounds, as well as fresh candidates who possess excellent spoken English skills. The role offers a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and effectively with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services while addressing any customer concerns or objections.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong spoken English skills are essential for effective communication.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence and a strong target-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Willingness to work the designated night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in call centers or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
