We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team for the night shift, promoting AT&T Spectrum products and services from our Bahadurabad, Karachi location. This role requires a candidate with strong sales experience and excellent customer service skills, capable of engaging customers effectively and meeting sales targets in a dynamic environment. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 100,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell AT&T Spectrum services by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Stay informed about the latest AT&T Spectrum products, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications sector or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory.
