Independent Referral Partner (commission-only)

Build With IK LLC, a US-registered company specializing in custom software, AI systems, apps, and automation for businesses, is seeking independent referral partners worldwide. This remote, commission-only opportunity allows professionals to leverage their networks by introducing businesses with genuine software or AI projects to our team. Referral partners do not engage in sales, negotiations, or project management; instead, they facilitate introductions and maintain communication while prospective clients decide. This role is ideal for those who want to earn commissions without employment ties or base salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Register prospective businesses on the partner platform before initial contact.
- Introduce potential clients to Build With IK LLC and maintain ongoing communication during their decision-making process.
- Optionally participate in discovery calls but do not handle quoting, negotiating, contracting, or closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with partner program guidelines, including clear disclosure of commission earnings when recommending publicly.

Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to identify businesses with legitimate software or AI projects through professional networks.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate introductions and maintain client engagement.
- Access to the internet and ability to use the partner platform for registration and communication.
- Willingness to operate as an independent contractor, managing own taxes and compliance.
- Residency outside of Nepal, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and parts of Ukraine.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience as IT consultants, fractional CTOs, agency owners, freelancers, accountants, or professionals with extensive business networks is highly valued.
- Commission-based earnings calculated as a percentage of every payment the client makes on projects valued at USD 10,000 or more, signed within 12 months of the first project.
- Example commission structure: For a USD 20,000 project paid in three installments (40%, 40%, 20%), the partner earns a corresponding percentage on each payment, totaling a significant commission.
- The first partner to register a business retains referral rights for 90 days.
- Payments are made twice monthly via Wise (for non-US partners) or US bank transfer, with withdrawal thresholds starting at USD 100. Transfer fees are the partner’s responsibility.
- Before the first payout, partners must provide government-issued ID, a tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN), postal address, and pass a sanctions screening.
- No joining fees or hidden costs; registration is free and requires only basic personal information and a brief plan on client acquisition.
- Partners receive a short online guide and two brief tests to familiarize themselves with the program.
- Build With IK LLC guarantees fixed pricing approximately half the cost of typical US agencies, full project handover including code and documentation, no client lock-in, and a 30-day warranty on deliverables.

This opportunity is not an employment position but an independent contractor arrangement with no salary or base pay. Referral partners do not sell or close deals but play a crucial role in expanding Build With IK LLC’s client base globally.
