INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Leatherware Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer and exporter of footballs, is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting time studies, improving line balancing and production layouts, analyzing production efficiency, and implementing Lean manufacturing practices to enhance overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed time and motion studies to optimize production processes.
- Improve line balancing and workflow layouts to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of work study techniques and Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the sports goods manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications, ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000 per month.
- Work location is on-site at 19 Km Daska Road, Sialkot, providing hands-on involvement in production processes.
