Industrial Engineer

Capital Sports Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Apparel, Sports Goods, or Manufacturing industries. This role offers a market-competitive salary and is based approximately 8 kilometers from Sambrial, in Village Kopra on Wazirabad Road.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to develop Standard Minute Values (SMV) and Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM).
- Balance production lines and identify as well as eliminate bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan capacity and manpower requirements to meet production targets efficiently.
- Apply Lean manufacturing tools to enhance operational efficiency and minimize waste.
- Monitor line efficiency continuously and prepare detailed productivity reports.
- Optimize plant and workstation layouts to improve overall production processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in industries such as Apparel, Sports Goods, or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems for data management and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and line balancing techniques.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in a production environment.
