Industrial Relations Officer (IR Officer)

Located in Korangi, Karachi, this role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month. The position requires a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in Industrial Relations or Employee Relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, while effectively handling workplace disputes and disciplinary matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Oversee daily Industrial Relations activities and ensure all related documentation is accurately maintained.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Collaborate with employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts and foster positive communication.
- Support internal investigations and disciplinary processes, including the preparation of Industrial Relations reports.
- Act as a liaison with labor departments, unions, and other relevant authorities when necessary.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Industrial Relations or Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and Industrial Relations best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills essential for effective conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
