Influencer & PR Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage influencer and public relations activities supporting client campaigns, including identifying and vetting suitable influencers and creators.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and coordinate deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Build and sustain relationships with influencers, talent managers, media contacts, and other stakeholders, ensuring brand alignment across all communications.
- Support campaign strategy development, brief creation, content direction, and performance tracking.
- Draft PR materials such as press releases, media pitches, and media kits to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor industry trends and social conversations to inform campaign adjustments and opportunities.
- Report on campaign results with detailed performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize future campaigns.
- Work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

- Proven skills in influencer relationship management, talent outreach, and negotiation of collaboration terms.
- Strong PR communications capabilities, including press release writing, media pitching, and media list maintenance.
- Business development experience, from initial outreach through to deal closure.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing, including campaign coordination and a basic understanding of paid and organic strategies.
- Expertise in content briefing, creative direction, and reviewing creator content for brand and message consistency.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting, including tracking performance metrics, compiling campaign reports, and extracting actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Relevant experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or social media management, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
- 3-5 years of agency experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
