As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s digital assets by implementing and managing comprehensive endpoint security solutions. Your focus will include overseeing Mobile Device Management (MDM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) technologies. Collaborating closely with IT teams, you will ensure compliance with security policies, mitigate risks, and enhance the organization’s defenses against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Mobile Device Management solutions, with a preference for Microsoft Intune, to secure and manage mobile and endpoint devices throughout the enterprise.
- Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention technologies, preferably Forcepoint DLP, to monitor sensitive data flows, prevent unauthorized transfers, and enforce data protection policies across endpoints, email, and cloud platforms.
- Manage and monitor Extended Detection and Response platforms, such as Microsoft Defender XDR, to deliver advanced threat detection and response capabilities. This includes correlating alerts, investigating complex attack chains, and coordinating automated responses to contain security incidents.
- Continuously monitor and analyze endpoint security alerts, conduct thorough incident investigations, and lead remediation efforts to reduce risk exposure.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies for endpoint devices, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analyses on endpoint devices, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies to strengthen security posture.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate endpoint security controls into the organization’s broader security architecture and operational workflows.
- Automate and streamline security processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to proactively enhance endpoint protection measures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in endpoint security or a related cybersecurity operations role.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security tools and platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Forcepoint DLP, and Microsoft Defender XDR or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of cybersecurity, protecting critical organizational assets while advancing your expertise in endpoint security technologies and threat response.
