Information Technology Instructor

I.T. For Less is seeking a dedicated full-time Cloud & AI Trainer to provide hands-on, job-ready instruction in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive training programs to both students and corporate clients, helping learners build practical skills and prepare for industry-recognized certifications. This role involves designing and delivering engaging courses, labs, and projects that align with current cloud and AI trends, while tailoring content to meet diverse learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Azure and AWS, covering foundational through advanced topics.
- Teach AI courses that include AI fundamentals, generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical AI tools and workflows for students and corporate teams.
- Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations, and real-world projects to reinforce learning.
- Prepare learners for certification exams related to Azure, AWS, and AI technologies.
- Customize corporate training workshops and upskilling programs based on client industry and skill levels.
- Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, labs, and assessments to ensure content remains current and effective.
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support to those requiring extra assistance.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in cloud and AI technologies to continuously improve course material.
- Collaborate with the TECHCOMI team to enhance training quality and learner outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or both platforms.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts, with the ability to teach these to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and troubleshooting principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging corporate audiences.
- Proven experience delivering hands-on labs and developing effective training materials.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using online teaching and collaboration tools to facilitate remote learning.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

- Relevant Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, AI-900, or AI-102.
- AWS certifications including Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps Administrator, or AI Practitioner.
- Additional certifications related to cloud computing or artificial intelligence are a plus.

Training Areas

- Azure: Fundamentals, identity and access management, compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, governance, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- AWS: Fundamentals, IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, databases, serverless computing, monitoring, architecture best practices, and automation.
- AI: AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, prompt engineering, Azure AI and AWS AI services, and responsible AI practices.
