Information Technology Officer (Excellent English Communication)

This full-time position is for an Information Technology Officer based in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing both network and system administration tasks. The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the organization's computer systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position requires working night shifts and offers an opportunity to contribute to the organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to end-users to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage and administer network operations, including monitoring network performance.
- Perform system administration tasks to maintain the integrity and security of IT systems.
- Monitor computer systems and networks to detect and resolve potential problems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- Knowledge and experience in network administration.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
