Information Technology Supervisor

The Information Technology Supervisor role is based in Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, and requires full-time onsite commitment. The position involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This role is critical in leading IT operations that support US-based clients, ensuring smooth and secure technology services within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and infrastructure management, coupled with leadership skills to manage and motivate the IT team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise IT operations teams that support US-based clients, ensuring high service standards and compliance.
- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including system security, user access controls, and technology asset management.
- Monitor employee systems regularly to ensure adherence to both company policies and client requirements.
- Track and evaluate IT team performance through KPIs and service delivery metrics.
- Oversee troubleshooting activities, system maintenance, software updates, and business continuity planning to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows operating environments, and networking fundamentals.
- Proven experience in managing IT teams, implementing cybersecurity controls, and ensuring endpoint compliance.
- Excellent leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients.
