The Information Technology Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The technician will be responsible for providing daily technical support related to IT and surveillance systems. This includes the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of hardware, software, and networking equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IT and surveillance systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of hardware, software, and networking devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure and security surveillance equipment.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security technologies to ensure continuous operation and security compliance.
- Respond promptly to user requests and document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior staff or external vendors as required.
- Assist in training end-users on the proper use of IT and surveillance systems and related applications.

Required Qualifications
