Infrastructure Development Supervisor

Al Ghafoor Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Infrastructure Development Supervisor to manage and oversee infrastructure development activities at our society projects located in Gulshan-e-Maymar and Surjani, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works on-site, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, and ensuring that construction progresses according to approved plans and timelines. This role requires hands-on experience in road construction, sewerage, drainage, and other related infrastructure works, along with a strong focus on quality control and site safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily infrastructure development and civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor road construction, sewerage, drainage, and other infrastructure works to ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, labor teams, and site staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Oversee construction quality, track work progress, and enforce site safety regulations.
- Ensure all project activities are completed as per approved plans and within set timelines.
- Identify and report site-related issues, collaborating with management for prompt resolution.
- Prepare and submit regular progress updates and site activity reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in civil works and infrastructure development.
- Practical knowledge of road construction, sewerage, drainage, and associated civil engineering tasks.
- Strong skills in site supervision, team coordination, and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage labor forces, coordinate with contractors, and monitor construction progress effectively.
- Understanding of construction standards, quality control measures, and site safety practices.
- Willingness to work on-site at project locations in Gulshan-e-Maymar and Surjani, Karachi.
