The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection moulding machines to ensure efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines throughout production runs to maintain smooth workflow.
- Set up machines and adjust parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time according to product specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor faults to minimize downtime.
- Manage timely mould changes and ensure proper material loading.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Report production output and any operational issues to the production supervisor promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Machine Operator or in a similar role within a plastic manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, including machine settings and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to accurately read and follow detailed production instructions.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to product quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred to support machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
