The Innovation and Establishment Coordinator – Crop Protection role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, evaluate, and facilitate the introduction of new crop protection products and technologies that are well-suited to local farming environments. The coordinator will manage field trials, gather and analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports and recommendations to support product adoption. Collaboration with agronomists, sales teams, and farmers is essential to ensure effective product positioning, technical assistance, and market establishment. Additionally, the role involves organizing and supporting training sessions, product demonstrations, and documentation efforts to improve awareness and promote the proper use of crop protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee field trials to evaluate new crop protection products under various local conditions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret trial data to assess product performance and suitability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and provide evidence-based recommendations for product adoption.
- Collaborate closely with agronomists, sales teams, and farmers to ensure effective product positioning and technical support.
- Assist in planning and conducting farmer training sessions, product demonstrations, and internal briefings.
- Support documentation and communication efforts to enhance awareness and correct usage of crop protection technologies.
- Manage timelines and logistics related to trials and product launch activities.
- Travel to field locations regularly and engage directly with farming communities to gather insights and provide support.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in agronomy, crop protection, and field trial management, with the ability to evaluate product performance across different environmental conditions.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting trainings, demonstrations, and internal briefings.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, or a related discipline.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work closely with farming communities.
