A growing U.S.-based healthcare services company is seeking an experienced B2B inside sales professional to join their fully remote team. The primary focus of this role is to convert cold outreach into signed clients by promoting services designed to help medical practices improve patient access, scheduling, referral coordination, medical records management, and administrative support. These services offer a cost-effective alternative to expanding internal teams. The position requires working during U.S. Eastern business hours and offers a compensation package that includes a base pay plus commission. Candidates will receive prioritized calling lists, dedicated calling software, and strong company support to manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60 to 80 outbound calls daily using prepared, ranked prospect lists targeting independent medical practices, regional groups, oncology practices, and specialty organizations.
- Engage with practice administrators, owners, executives, and physician leaders while professionally navigating gatekeepers.
- Identify client pain points such as unanswered calls, staffing shortages, scheduling delays, and backlogs in referrals or medical records.
- Lead discovery conversations to clearly explain how the company’s services address these specific challenges.
- Schedule qualified meetings and prepare detailed notes to assist company leadership with pricing and proposal discussions.
- Conduct persistent and professional follow-up via phone and email to advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, call outcomes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
- Provide daily activity reports and weekly updates on pipeline progress to leadership.
- Research and add new prospects as needed to continuously strengthen the sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B cold calling and inside sales, with a proven ability to advance opportunities from initial outreach through closing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence engaging with U.S. business decision-makers.
- Excellent skills in discovery, objection handling, and follow-up.
- Reliable internet connection, appropriate computer equipment, headset, and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern business hours is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience selling healthcare services, outsourced administrative support, staffing, or related offerings to medical practices is highly preferred.
- Access to prepared calling lists and company-provided calling software to support outreach efforts.
- Use of a shared sales tracker and guidance on target markets.
- Comprehensive service information, verified performance results, and outreach materials provided to support sales conversations.
- Leadership support for qualified meetings, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
- Compensation includes a $500 monthly base pay plus $250 commission for every closed deal, with no cap on commissions. A closed deal is defined as a signed service agreement with a new client.
Performance will be evaluated based on sales results, the number of qualified opportunities, consistent activity, and follow-through. Candidates who demonstrate ownership, persistence, and the ability to close business successfully will thrive in this role. This is a fully remote position with a competitive pay structure aligned to U.S. Eastern business hours.
