This role involves coordinating and organizing innovative solutions related to IP conferencing systems, plagiarism detection tools, and learning management systems. The incumbent will provide step-by-step technical support tailored to the needs of faculty, staff, and students, ensuring smooth operation and effective use of these technologies in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging learning activities and create compelling course content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Identify gaps in performance, skills, knowledge, information, and attitude within the target audience, and design or recommend appropriate learning experiences to address these gaps.
- Define instructional objectives and develop content aligned with these goals.
- Design instructional graphics, user interfaces, and oversee the final product to ensure clarity and usability.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the overall learning process.
- Create supporting multimedia materials such as audio, video, simulations, role-plays, and games to enrich the learning experience.
- Develop assessment tools, including tests and quizzes, to evaluate course effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and organize course materials systematically.
- Participate actively in working groups to promote best practices in the use of information technology for both administration and instruction.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and senior staff to seek guidance and support when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably holds a Pharm D degree.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address organizational needs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience managing or overseeing a learning management system is highly desirable.
- The position offers a full-time, on-site role based in Gulberg III, Lahore.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
