Instructor - Basic Stitching

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Basic Stitching Instructor to join our team in Korangi, Karachi. The successful candidate will have an intermediate qualification in dressmaking or a related field, along with relevant certification and practical teaching experience. This role involves delivering structured lessons in basic stitching techniques, guiding students through hands-on exercises, and helping them develop both creativity and technical skills in garment construction and pattern making. The position is part-time and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive lessons focused on basic stitching, garment construction, and pattern making.
- Teach students how to operate sewing machines, perform hand-stitching, and work with various fabrics and materials.
- Provide individualized support and constructive feedback to help students master essential sewing skills.
- Develop and manage instructional materials, including step-by-step guides and sewing patterns.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and maintain detailed records of their performance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment that nurtures creativity.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative stitching techniques into the curriculum.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed within the workshop or classroom setting.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate qualification in Dressmaking, Fashion Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience teaching basic stitching and sewing skills.
