The Hunar Foundation (THF) is seeking a qualified Instructor for EFI Automobile to join its Korangi Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both classroom and practical training focused on automotive electrical systems, including sensors, actuators, and various vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, braking, and suspension. This role involves conducting specialized sessions on On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) and Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) systems, ensuring that lessons are planned effectively and completed on schedule according to institutional standards. The instructor will also assess student performance through tests and practical evaluations, maintain safety protocols in workshops and classrooms, and stay current with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic tools. Additionally, the role includes providing mentorship and career guidance to students, coordinating with industry partners for internships and job placements, supporting student enrollment drives, and maintaining training equipment and simulators.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive classroom and hands-on training on automotive electrical and vehicle systems.
- Conduct specialized training sessions on OBD and EFI systems.
- Plan lesson schedules and ensure timely completion of courses aligned with institutional standards.
- Evaluate student progress through tests, practical assessments, and observation.
- Enforce strict safety protocols within workshops and classrooms.
- Keep updated with advancements in automotive technology and diagnostic tools.
- Provide mentorship, career guidance, and technical support to students.
- Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships and job placements.
- Support institutional initiatives, including student enrollment drives.
- Maintain and update training equipment and simulators to ensure effective learning.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Automobile, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Technology from a recognized institute.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in automobile maintenance, repair, or a training environment.
- Practical experience with EFI systems, OBD scanner diagnostics, and automotive electrical/diagnostic work.
- Familiarity with modern automotive diagnostic equipment and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience working in vocational or technical training institutes will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with industry stakeholders and support student placements is highly valued.
- Commitment to safety compliance and student engagement is essential.

This is a full-time contractual position based at the Korangi Campus, located near Vita Chowrangi, Karachi. The role requires in-person attendance and offers an opportunity to contribute to skill development in the automotive sector by training the next generation of technicians.
