We are looking for a detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Support Specialist to join a US-based insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US Personal Lines Insurance, including quoting across multiple carrier platforms and managing day-to-day policy administration. This remote, full-time role requires excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work US business hours. The successful candidate will demonstrate a customer-first mindset and the ability to handle multiple administrative and customer service tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare insurance quotes using various carrier platforms.
- Process new business submissions, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and maintain accurate policy documentation.
- Process customer payments and ensure policy records are up to date.
- Respond to inbound customer calls and address policy-related inquiries professionally.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, document management, and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and compliant processing of insurance requests.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in US Personal Lines Insurance.
- Proven experience quoting policies across multiple insurance carrier platforms.
- Skilled in handling renewals, cancellations, endorsements, payments, and COIs.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance agency management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment during US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience supporting a US-based insurance agency is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as Applied Epic, EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, or similar platforms.
- Background in customer service or call center roles within the insurance industry.
