Insurance Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Support Specialist to join our team supporting a US-based insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in US Personal Lines Insurance, with hands-on knowledge of quoting policies across multiple carrier platforms and managing day-to-day policy administration. This role demands excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach. The position is full-time and onsite, requiring availability during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare insurance quotes using various carrier platforms.
- Process new business applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and manage policy documentation.
- Handle customer payments and maintain accurate policy records.
- Respond to inbound customer calls and address policy-related inquiries professionally.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, document management, and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely, accurate processing of insurance requests while maintaining compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Personal Lines Insurance.
- Proven experience quoting policies across multiple insurance carrier platforms.
- Skilled in handling renewals, cancellations, endorsements, payments, and COIs.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance agency management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
