Integration Developer (Remote, Anywhere from Pakistan, USD Salary)

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in developing integration architectures and a solid understanding of modern software development practices. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, efficient integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate a proactive, self-starting attitude and embrace new challenges while working collaboratively within a team environment.

- Act as a liaison between application features and business requirements, addressing both technical and non-technical aspects to ensure alignment.
- Utilize programming skills with leading integration tools such as MuleSoft, WSO2, Azure, BizTalk, and SSIS to develop and maintain integration solutions.
- Apply strong analytical abilities to understand customer needs and operational processes for effective solution design.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, while managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate within large development teams as well as smaller project groups to deliver high-quality results.

- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall project and team goals.
- Hands-on experience with Java development and/or integration platforms like MuleSoft, WSO2, Azure, BizTalk, or SSIS is considered an advantage.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least three years of professional experience in developing integration solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience implementing Microservices Architecture to build scalable and maintainable systems.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to write efficient and maintainable code.
- Expertise in API-led connectivity to ensure seamless integration across diverse systems.
- Proficiency in developing REST APIs for efficient communication between applications.
- Practical experience working with message brokers to manage and optimize data flow.
- Extensive background in designing and developing web services with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Proficient in handling JSON and XML data formats to facilitate smooth data exchange.
- Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles to build robust system structures.
- Familiarity with integration design patterns for effective problem-solving and system optimization.
- Strong database knowledge to enable seamless data integration across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a consultative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
