Interior Architect

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Architect with 4 to 6 years of experience, specializing in contemporary modern design. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential, commercial, and restaurant projects. This role involves taking projects from initial concept through to final site execution, ensuring that design visions are translated into functional and visually appealing spaces. You will manage site progress, coordinate with various stakeholders, and carefully select materials to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization: Develop innovative interior design concepts that reflect contemporary modern aesthetics for high-end residential, commercial offices, and restaurant environments.

Sketching & Drafting: Create quick, clear hand sketches to communicate initial ideas, followed by detailed technical and working drawings for project execution.

Material Selection & Sourcing: Identify and specify appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and fixtures that align with the design style and budget constraints.

Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and finishing work, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.

Project Coordination: Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional experience as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer, with a proven track record in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Design Style: Strong understanding and natural flair for contemporary modern design principles, including clean lines and modern spatial arrangements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design and BIM/CAD software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Strong rendering and visualization skills using tools like Lumion and V-Ray, along with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite for presentations. Excellent freehand sketching abilities and a solid knowledge of interior detailing, custom joinery, and building materials.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a comprehensive design portfolio that includes real-time, actual photographs of completed projects. Portfolios containing only 3D renders without photographs of finished work will not be considered.
