Interior Designer (Female)

Transeptia Construction Interior & Architect, located in Cavalry Ground, Cantt, is seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment within a young organization focused on delivering exceptional design solutions. Candidates residing in Cantt, DHA, Ghazi Road, Mughalpura, Nishat, Harbanspura, Ring Road, Gulberg, and Garden Town are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on building material projects, including residential and commercial developments, by creating detailed design plans and working closely with architects, interior designers, and design studios based in Lahore.
- Conduct meetings with clients, contractors, designers, and architects to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up on assigned customer leads to foster strong client relationships and business growth.
- Utilize design software to produce renderings and assist with project pricing.
- Manage project pricing and oversee the ordering process from concept through to completion.
- Select product materials, including finishes and countertops, ensuring quality and aesthetic standards.
- Participate in on-site project meetings, perform measurements, and develop layouts to support installation accuracy.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project managers and contractors to guarantee successful installations.
- Strive to meet and exceed achievable sales goals, contributing to the company’s overall success.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to visualize, measure, and plan interior spaces with precision.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Hands-on experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Lumion, or similar programs.
- Expertise in layout, color theory, lighting, material selection, custom furniture, and installation processes.
- Comfortable working in a fully commissioned environment and open to training and coaching.
- Demonstrated interest in interior design and home organization.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or design roles.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Architect (required).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finishings and interior design (required).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Residents of Cantt, DHA, Ghazi Road, Mughalpura, Nishat, Harbanspura, Ring Road, Gulberg, and Garden Town will be given preference due to proximity and ease of commute.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lahore before starting work is essential.
