Interior Designer

We are currently seeking a full-time Interior Designer based in Karachi Division. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping interior environments that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This position involves close coordination with architects, construction teams, and vendors to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and prepare detailed layouts that align with project goals and company standards.
- Conduct space planning and select appropriate finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories (FF&E) to complement the design vision.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, construction teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of interior elements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Source FF&E materials and manage vendor relationships to secure quality products within budget and timelines.
- Present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples to internal stakeholders and clients for approval.
- Support project documentation, conduct site visits, and perform quality checks to ensure timely and accurate implementation of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong skills in interior design and space planning, with the ability to create functional and visually appealing layouts.
- Knowledge of architectural principles and experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing construction drawings and related technical documents.
- Expertise in FF&E selection, including finishes, fixtures, furniture, and accessories.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating site teams and vendors.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design projects.
