We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and creating realistic 3D visualizations. This role involves supporting projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring designs are both practical and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture layouts, lighting, and current interior design trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts for both residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D interior layouts, including furniture plans, ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and working drawings.
- Create realistic 3D interior models and photorealistic renders to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, finishes, furniture, and lighting fixtures to complement design concepts.
- Prepare material boards, mood boards, and design presentations tailored for client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with architecture and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing material specifications and quantity estimates as needed.
- Ensure all designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and suitable for implementation.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and presentation documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with experience in 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar applications.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture layouts.
- Ability to prepare professional design presentations and detailed working drawings.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of interior design projects.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
