Interior Designer (Site + Design)

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in interior design along with hands-on experience managing on-site projects. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and practical coordination with contractors to ensure the successful execution of both modern and classical interior design concepts. The position involves working from the office as well as frequent site visits to oversee project progress and maintain quality standards. The maximum salary offered for this role is PKR 100,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present design concepts using mood boards, layouts, and 3D visuals to effectively communicate ideas.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design execution aligns with project specifications and timelines.
- Oversee on-site activities regularly to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues.
- Select appropriate color palettes, furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, and textures to create cohesive interior environments.
- Manage space planning and furniture layouts to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
- Maintain consistent adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports related to design projects as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is mandatory.
- Proven experience working on-site with a demonstrated ability to coordinate with contractors and oversee project implementation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential interior design projects, highlighting both modern and classical styles.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, furniture selection, and lighting design.
- Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, and textures, including their practical applications in interior environments.
- Proficient in communicating design concepts through visual presentations such as mood boards and 3D renderings.
- Ability to consistently meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
