Intern Sales Field Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Intern Sales Field Specialist to help expand our customer base by promoting and selling our product directly within local markets. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, communicating effectively, and working towards clear targets. The position involves daily interaction with potential customers and requires a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned local markets and business areas on a daily basis.
- Introduce and clearly explain the product to potential customers.
- Persuade prospects to subscribe to the service offered.
- Accurately record customer information and market data.
- Follow up with interested customers to address any questions or concerns.
- Achieve weekly subscription targets consistently.
- Submit activity and sales reports using basic Excel spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role offers a fixed weekly income complemented by an attractive commission structure. The compensation includes a basic salary of PKR 10,000 per month, paid weekly, plus PKR 700 commission for every successful subscription. Additional incentives and increased commission opportunities are available upon meeting weekly and monthly performance targets.
