Internal Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team and help ensure the integrity of our internal controls and compliance processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting audits across various departments, evaluating policies, and identifying risks to support the organization’s operational efficiency and regulatory adherence. This role requires a proactive approach to recommending improvements and preparing comprehensive audit reports while collaborating closely with different teams to track corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal audits across multiple departments to assess operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate internal controls, company policies, and compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks and provide practical, actionable recommendations to mitigate them.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, documenting findings and following up on corrective measures.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational controls and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate detailed reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey audit findings.
- Solid knowledge of audit standards, ERP systems, and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
- This position requires working on-site to facilitate direct interaction with various departments and hands-on audit activities.
