FSDC Aerosolutions is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy International Business Development Executive to expand our global client base for advanced flight simulation solutions. This role focuses on targeting international flight academies, aviation universities, and defense procurement contacts. The successful candidate will manage automated outreach campaigns, conduct discovery calls, and nurture long-term client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Hunting: Identify, enrich, and verify target contacts such as Chief Flying Instructors, Aviation Directors, Procurement Heads, and Approved Training Organizations (ATOs) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead generation platforms.
Client Outreach: Develop and execute automated cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to engage potential clients effectively.
Pipeline Pursuit: Maintain consistent and well-documented follow-ups throughout international sales cycles. Track next steps diligently and re-engage inactive prospects to keep the sales pipeline active.
Discovery & Coordination: Conduct discovery calls to understand client training needs and coordinate meetings involving the technical team when necessary.
Deal Coordination: Support leadership in preparing commercial proposals, agency agreements, and tender documentation to facilitate smooth deal closures.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B outbound sales, international lead generation, SaaS sales, or IT/export services.
- Proven expertise with B2B prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Instantly or Smartlead, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong persistence, organized pipeline management, and a proactive hunter mindset.
This role is driven by clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and success. Performance will be measured across five core metrics: number of verified target contacts added monthly, outreach engagement rates, discovery calls completed, active pipeline value, and the number of clients or partners onboarded.
Candidates applying for this position are encouraged to submit a CV that includes the following details:
- Prospecting stack: Specify the tools currently used for contact research, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM management.
- Proof of performance: Provide a measurable example of a B2B campaign managed, including the number of targeted prospects, qualified meetings or opportunities generated, and any resulting sales.
- International experience: Highlight previous outreach efforts in regions such as GCC, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, or Africa, along with the buyer titles targeted.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional eager to contribute to a cutting-edge aviation technology company while developing a strong international sales career.
