International Business Development Executive

As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Sales & Client Acquisition team to help grow our presence both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across Pakistan and international markets, including the Middle East and other target regions.
- Generate qualified leads through professional networking, digital outreach, referrals, and approved marketing channels.
- Engage effectively with job seekers, working professionals, and prospective international students.
- Clearly explain company services, packages, pricing, and application-support processes to prospective clients.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients through professional consultations and consistent follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while upholding high standards of customer service.
- Maintain accurate lead records, sales pipelines, and conversion reports using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Contribute actively to achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding ethical selling, customer privacy, and transparent communication.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, email outreach, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working with performance targets.
