International Call Center Agent - Digital Marketing - Female

ADSvision Digital, a growing digital marketing agency based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team. The role is full-time and onsite at Wapda Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Weekends are off. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company’s digital marketing services, including advertising, SEO, and creative solutions.
- Set appointments and successfully close new business deals to meet sales objectives.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by adopting a performance-driven approach.

Required Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in sales, telemarketing, or client acquisition roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to follow up effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset combined with self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Confidence, energy, and a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
