International Call Center Sales Executive

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for confident and articulate individuals to join their team in a full-time, on-site sales position. This role involves engaging with international customers during evening hours, specifically from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. While candidates with prior experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or BPO environments are preferred, fresh candidates who possess excellent spoken English and a strong enthusiasm for sales are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with international customers in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Clearly explain products and services, addressing customer inquiries and providing detailed information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services accordingly.
- Manage objections professionally and utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
