International Call Centre Representatives

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and confident International Call Centre Sales Representatives to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position involves working evening and night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively convert leads into sales. This role is sales-focused and requires individuals who are target-driven and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Clearly and professionally explain products and services.
- Identify customer needs and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to close deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous call centre or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
